Job summary

INELLO ELECTRIC LLC is seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to oversee all project development stages, coordinating personnel, purchasing, and resources to ensure timely completion. The ideal candidate is organized, results-driven, and experienced in PM roles, working closely with the owner on day-to-day activities.

A $1000 sign-on bonus is offered. Key responsibilities include client meetings, inspection coordination, estimating electrical work, and supervising field technicians

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrician in Massachusetts (Journeyman or Master).
• Experience as Estimator/Project Manager or similar role preferred.
• Sales and people skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Estimating
• Schedule work and crews
• Administrative and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large scale projects.
• Meet with clients, inspectors and city/town agencies.
• Look at and estimate electrical work.
• Schedule and supervise technicians in the field.
• Negotiate pricing and purchase materials.

• Measure and report on project progress.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project’s development, scheduling/coordinating people, purchasing, processes, job reconciliation and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Manager and will work directly with owner on all day to day activities. $1000 Sign On Bonus
