INELLO ELECTRIC LLC in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to oversee all aspects of electrical projects, coordinating scheduling, purchasing, processes, and resources to ensure on‑time completion.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, with a Massachusetts electrician license (Journeyman or Master) and a proven PM/estimator track record; you will work closely with the owner on day‑to‑day activities. A $1,000 sign‑on bonus is offered.

Qualificações

• Massachusetts electrician license (Journeyman or Master) required or preferred.
• Experience as Estimator/Project Manager or similar role preferred.
• Strong sales and people skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and task prioritization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in estimating, scheduling crews, and admin tasks.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project’s development, scheduling/coordinating people, purchasing, processes, job reconciliation and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Manager and will work directly with owner on all day to day activities. $1000 Sign On Bonus
