Job Title: Project Manager/Estimator

Job Description

The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of all project management and estimating functions. This role ensures that project bidding, estimating, and execution align with company profitability goals and project delivery expectations. It is critical in managing workload distribution, project performance, and overall operational efficiency. The individual will serve on the leadership team and contribute directly to shaping the strategic direction and growth of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all project management and estimating functions.

  • Ensure alignment of project bidding, estimating, and execution with profitability goals.

  • Manage workload distribution and project performance.

  • Contribute to overall operational efficiency.

  • Participate in the leadership team to shape strategic direction and growth.

Essential Skills
  • 5+ years of construction project management and estimating experience.

  • Strong knowledge of concrete and masonry construction projects in a commercial setting.

  • Proficiency in using project management and estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, and Heavy Bid.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with both concrete and masonry construction.

  • Familiarity with the Procore and Sage software.

Work Environment

This position requires in-office work daily, with some expectations of visiting sites for bid meetings. There is an opportunity to join a fast-growing company and be part of its foundational team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clearwater, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $57.70/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
