In this role, you'll manage all phases of construction from scope review to final walkthrough, ensuring exceptional results, on time and on budget. Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret project scope, blueprints, and contracts to define and align with requirements.
• Lead residential remodeling and commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
• Estimate project costs and develop detailed bid proposals.
• Create and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Perform hands-on construction tasks when needed (framing, drywall, flooring, etc.).
• Monitor job site progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain detailed project records, status reports, and cost tracking.
• Manage multiple active projects concurrently.
• Communicate with clients about project updates, changes, and expectations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a general contractor or construction management firm.
• Experience with both commercial construction and residential remodels required.
• Proven experience with construction estimating and bid preparation.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial building codes.
• Strong knowledge of construction trades, scope coordination, and scheduling.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
• Effective communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and construction software tools.
• Familiarity with Prevailing Wages, COSTARS, and PASSHE preferred.
