Job summary

All Dry Services of Metro Detroit is seeking an experienced Estimator & Project Manager to join our team and drive accurate estimates and successful restoration projects.

You will analyze data, perform on-site inspections, develop cost proposals, supervise on-site staff and subcontractors, and manage budgets.

Job Specifications

• Analyze data reports and conduct on-site inspections to contribute to project reports and estimates.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in construction management or a related field.
• Familiarity with insurance claims and managed repair assignments.
• 3-5 years of experience creating repair and remodel estimates.
• Proficiency in Project Scheduling.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
