POSITION OVERVIEW

We seek an experienced and motivated Project Manager/Estimator to join our growing team. Job responsibilities include:

1. Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work
2. Quantify takeoffs, costs of materials, labor, erection, freight, and consumables
3. Handle RFIs and Clarifications
4. Prepare bids/proposals
5. Develop project schedules
6. Monitor project costs
7. Submit shop drawings and coordinate with General Contractors, Engineers, and Architects
8. Coordinate on-site activities
9. Maintain project records

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (preferred)
2. 5+ years of experience in structural steel fabrication
3. Experience with estimating software (e.g., Structural Steel Manager)
4. OSHA 10 certification
5. Strong attention to deadlines and detail-oriented approach
