Job summary

This role involves leading Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments and managing project teams. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related field.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in environmental due diligence and site assessment.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Experience with field sampling, including soil, groundwater, air, and vapor.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide technical review for Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
• Coordinate project teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Prepare and review detailed technical reports and client deliverables.
