Job summary

Verdantas LLC in Dublin, OH seeks an experienced environmental project leader to manage projects from scoping to completion. You will oversee Phase II ESAs, direct sampling across soil, water, and sediment, and prepare technical reports and regulatory submissions.

You will serve as a primary client contact, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development. A strong background in RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, Ohio VAP, and BUSTR is required, with 7+ years in environmental consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an environmental-related field.
• 7+ years of environmental consulting experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, Ohio VAP, and BUSTR.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental projects from scoping through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget performance.
• Oversee and conduct Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).
• Direct soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment, soil vapor, and stormwater sampling.
• Prepare technical reports, permits, and regulatory approvals.
• Serve as a key client contact and mentor junior staff.
• Support business development and proposal efforts.
