• Resolve issues and conflicts constructively, negotiate practical solutions, and maintain team momentum through changing project conditions.

Ramboll Energy is seeking a Project Manager, Engineering, to help lead multi-discipline engineering projects that support our clients and contribute to a more sustainable future. Your new role

As our new Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading engineering projects through the full project lifecycle — from development and planning through execution, delivery, and closeout. You will manage the technical, commercial, and relationship aspects of assigned projects while helping teams perform at their best.

This is a highly visible role for someone who can combine engineering knowledge, project management discipline, client-facing confidence, and project team leadership. Salary Transparency

At Ramboll, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation practices that support our people and our purpose of creating sustainable societies. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $145,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation wereasonablyexpect to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and internal equity. Because we operate across multiple U.S. markets, pay may differ depending on the cost of labor in specific locations. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for bonus, overtime or other forms of compensation and we offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports well-being, professional development, and work-life balance.
