Job summary

DynaDome is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of custom-engineered structures from post-sale hand-off through installation and closeout. You will own schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth transitions between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, service, and installation.

Job Description


DynaDome is seeking a Project Manager to lead the executionof custom-engineered projects from post-sale hand-off through installation andproject closeout.

This role is responsible for owning project schedules,driving execution readiness, coordinating cross-functional activities, andensuring projects move efficiently through engineering, manufacturing,installation, and closeout phases.

The Project Manager serves as the central point ofaccountability for project execution, proactively identifying risks, resolvingissues, and maintaining visibility across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Projects typically range from $200,000 to $2 million and aremanaged concurrently at various stages of execution.

Requirements
  • Takeownership of projects following contract execution and sales hand-off.
  • Ownand maintain project schedules from engineering kickoff through projectcloseout.
  • Reviewproject scope, drawings, specifications, and design intent to ensureexecution readiness.
  • Manageproject execution across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, service,and installation functions.
  • Monitorproject milestones and proactively address risks, delays, and executionchallenges.
  • Coordinateinstallation planning and readiness activities to support successful fieldexecution.
  • Manageproject changes and communicate impacts to schedule, scope, and executionplans.
  • Maintainaccurate project documentation, schedules, and project records.
  • MaintainZoho Projects as the primary system of record for assigned projects,ensuring schedules, milestones, documentation, risks, action items, andproject status remains accurate, current, and visible throughout theproject lifecycle.
  • Leadproject communication and facilitate timely resolution of issues affectingproject execution.
  • Overseeproject closeout activities, including final documentation and projectturnover.
  • Managemultiple projects simultaneously at various stages of execution.

Qualifications

  • Strongorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active projectsand competing priorities.
  • Highlevel of accountability, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Strongproblem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
  • Abilityto work effectively across multiple departments and project functions.
  • Abilityto identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
  • Strongproficiency with project management software; experience with ZohoProjects or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Willingnessand ability to travel nationwide for project support, including extendedtrips during activeinstallations.

Experience Required

  • 5+years of experience in project management, engineered systems,manufacturing, construction, or design-build environments.
  • Experiencemanaging projects involving engineering, manufacturing, and fieldinstallation.
  • Abilityto read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings,specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Experiencecoordinating projects through multiple phases of execution, from designthrough installation and closeout.
  • Experienceusing project tracking, scheduling, or project management software.
  • Demonstratedability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining scheduleand execution visibility.

Education

  • Bachelor'sdegree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, ProjectManagement, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalentcombination of education, technical training, and relevant projectmanagement experience will be considered.
