Job summary

DynaDome is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of custom-engineered structures from post-sale hand-off through installation and closeout. You will own schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth transitions between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, service, and installation.

Responsibilities include proactive risk management, maintaining project visibility in Zoho Projects, and leading multi-project execution across phases for typical engagements ranging

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain project schedules from kickoff through closeout and coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, service, and installation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and risk mitigation across all project phases.
• Maintain project documentation, milestones, risks, and status in Zoho Projects.
• Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders to maintain momentum and alignment.
