Job summary

Noel Group in Corporate location seeks a Project Manager / Engineer to plan, design and execute industrial projects on time and within budget. You will collaborate with sales, engineering and operations to deliver turnkey boiler, pumping and power system solutions.

This exempt, salaried role requires strong customer focus, solid communication, and hands-on design skills with AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Travel and on-site support are expected as projects advance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ME or related discipline preferred; 4–7 years PM/estimating experience acceptable.
• Experience in construction, project budgeting and scheduling.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/ SolidWorks and MS Office tools.
• Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales to design specs, drawings, and cost estimates for projects.
• Prepare submittal packages and bid-related drawings for bids.
• Develop construction drawings and provide field support to maintain schedule and budget.
• Travel and overnight stays as needed for project delivery.
• Serve as senior technical resource for escalated field issues.
