Inizio Engage has a new partnership with a leading biotechnology company, supporting its divisions in Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs.

This role involves identifying training needs, creating and maintaining SOPs, developing training materials based on client requests, and reviewing program quality and changes.

The Manager, Quality & Training is responsible for training Inizio staff, Field, and Call Center personnel on specific client projects, including orientation, refresher, and project-specific training.

What will you be doing?

• Collaborating with HR, Call Center, Field departments, and the Client to develop and improve training, enhancing customer satisfaction, quality, and compliance.
• Defining and documenting training plans, schedules, and requirements; designing and revising training materials; providing ongoing training, including remote training for field personnel.
• Recommending training methodologies and implementing instructional methods such as individual, group, or workshop sessions.
• Developing and conducting new hire and contractor orientation training with Corporate Trainers.
• Creating e-Learning modules and reference materials for LMS and client systems; maintaining these with QA support.
• Testing trainees, facilitating training at meetings, and providing progress reports.
• Managing all new employee training processes in coordination with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Interpreting and translating client documents and creating process flow diagrams and reports for leadership.
