The Project Manager is responsible for project management, leadership, profitability, and client management for a design team. Responsibilities include project management, financial performance, loss prevention, budgeting, workload and staff balancing, preparation of technical proposals, monitoring of project budgets, staff supervision, and scheduling of key projects.
The Project Manager will maintain presence and leadership throughout the regions where we do business through involvement in civic, professional, and business organizations. This is a leadership position that also includes mentoring and developing staff.
