The Project Manager is responsible for technical leadership, profitability, and client management for a team of engineers and support staff. Responsibilities include managing all project aspects such as report/plan development, financial performance, workload and staff management, proposal preparation, budget monitoring, staff supervision, and scheduling.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience managing geotechnical consultation and construction phase testing and inspections.
• Ability to manage team assignments and workload in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in business development and promoting company growth.
• Supervision of field exploration programs and construction activities involving foundations, earthwork, and related operations.
• Proposal and scope development, including schedules and budgets.
• Development of design recommendations and additional investigations as needed.
• Coordination of laboratory testing programs.
• Analysis of field logs and geotechnical data for report preparation.
• Preparation of geotechnical engineering reports with findings and recommendations.
• Review of construction phase testing reports for compliance.
• Effective communication with clients and contractors.
• Project delivery management, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Financial management including invoicing and subcontractor payments.
• Mentorship and staff development.
