• Experience preparing Project Management Plans and fee/budget proposals.
• Experience developing and driving action plans.
• Monitor scope throughout the project and adjust when necessary.
• Prepare cost and revenue projections.
• Knowledge of permitting processes and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer the project and evaluate substitutions for equality.
• Communicate with project stakeholders.
• Prepare Project Management plan and budget at project outset.
• Evaluate documents and align client goals with project team.
• Develop action plans guiding the team from the PM plan onward.
• Re-evaluate scope and adjust to client needs.
• Coordinate with cost management for estimates and budgets.
• Organize and maintain project records and processes.
• Drive permitting with local/state/federal agencies.
