Basnight & Sons, a subsidiary of TheSteel Network Inc., is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Division 8 and Division 10 in the Raleigh-Durham area. You will manage take-offs, estimates, purchasing, and cross-department coordination to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in door and hardware detailing, estimating and PM, with strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in door & hardware detailing, estimating and project management.
• Proficiency in ComSense and Pro-Tech preferred.
• Experience in construction, building materials, or related industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer focus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Locally based in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing accurate Take-Off and Estimates for proposals.
• Project detailing and purchasing.
• Coordinating project execution with team members and manufacturers.
• Efficiently create, manage, and organize job documents.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines/milestones using bid tracking software.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and resolve scope conflicts.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
