Job summary

A nationwide subcontractor is seeking a Project Manager experienced in Division 08 work to oversee major commercial construction projects in Raleigh. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of assigned projects, interpreting specifications, and producing work schedules. Candidates must have a valid driving license and experience in project management, particularly with doors, frames, and hardware. The position offers a base pay of $100,000 to $110,000 per year along with various benefits, including paid time off and medical coverage.

• Experience with Doors, Frames & Hardware (Division 08) is essential.
• Valid driving license needed.
