You will handle take-offs, estimates, purchasing, and schedule control, coordinating with teams and manufacturers to deliver projects on time and within budget. Strong collaboration and communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years experience in Door & Hardware Detailing, Estimating, and Project Management.
• Proficiency in ComSense and Pro-Tech is preferred.
• Proven experience in project management in construction, building materials, or related industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Strong knowledge of door and hardware products, materials, and industry standards.
• Locally based in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area.
