The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years of project and budget management experience, proficiency with Excel and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least two years’ project and budget experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficient with Windows-based programs; experience with ERP/CRM systems; Excel.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements and resource allotment for project phases.
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, scope of authority and provide technical advice.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budget; review status reports and adjust as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
