Responsibilities

• Project Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the contract staff, supervising, directing, and coordinating contractors, case processing analysts, and other operational support staff across the staffed labor categories.
• Develop quality and production/performance goals for assigned staff and monitor staff‑level performance.
• Work collaboratively with the Government’s federal senior management concerning the assignment of daily work.
• Report and communicate all contract issues directly to the Contractor’s Program Director for resolution with the COR and OFLC management team.
• Provide timely feedback with proposed resolution when the federal director raises a concern that standard operating procedures or other government‑approved standards of review are not being followed. Maintain contract staff production and productivity standards, meet deadlines, adhere to Government SOPs, and comply with performance expectations including PII handling requirements and applicable Federal and U.S. DOL IT security rules. Implement daily processes for preparing and reviewing routine production and performance reports, identify areas of deficiency or inefficiency that require action, assign work tasks to contract staff as appropriate, and take prompt action to ensure compliance with all SOPs, policies, regulations, statutes, or other contract requirements. Meet weekly with the federal directors to discuss production status and operational issues and propose adjustments to staff allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (JD or MBA preferred).
• 3–7 years of proven experience in leading and managing resources efficiently.
• PMP desired.

English Language Requirement

The Contractor shall ensure all personnel performing under this contract are able to read, write, and speak English fluently and can effectively communicate orally via telephone and MS Teams as well as via email.

U.S. Citizenship
