Job summary

Three Saints Bay, LLC, through its Ocean Bay subsidiary, seeks a Project Manager in Germantown, MD to serve as the primary liaison to the DOE Federal Representative. The role covers daily project management, personnel, financial, training, and programmatic requirements for DOE TSP, including TSCM, COMSEC, PDS, WiSec and TEMPEST.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of related management/supervisory experience in technical security or CI programs.
• Technical Security certifications such as TSCM/TEMPEST preferred.
• PMI PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and enforce work standards, assign contractor schedules, review discrepancies, supervise contractor personnel, and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
• Oversee the overall contract performance, milestones, reporting and budget.
