BTI is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the DISA TIBI program. This hybrid role directs large IT programs, coordinates with government CO/COR, and mentors a diverse team across development, deployment, and sustainment.

Requirements include an active Secret clearance, 8+ years as a program manager for complex IT initiatives, and certification basics (A+/Security+). DoD exposure and PMP are a plus; travel to Scottsdale, IL may be required.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required and current.
• 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager for complex IT programs.
• Experience coordinating with Government CO and COR.
• Ability to mentor junior members and lead diverse teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Preferred DISA or DoD program exposure; PMP/certifications advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and direction for the DISA TIBI program.
• Manage large-scale IT programs, delivering on schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with Government CO and COR on program tasks.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team across development to sustainment.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
• Monitor risks and deliver regular program status reports.
• Ensure compliance with government and contractual requirements.
