Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables in line with project goals
• Coordinate daily project activities and team communication
• Plan tasks, priorities, and milestones with stakeholders and the team
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and risks
• Facilitate regular team meetings and status updates
• Maintain project documentation and report to stakeholders
• Support resource planning and workload distribution
• Ensure adherence to project management processes and Agile practices

Требования

• Have a technical background with 2+ years of hands‑on experience in software development, QA, test automation, or business analysis
• Have 1+ year of managerial experience with ownership of delivery and team outcomes
• Demonstrate accountability and ownership in delivering outcomes and resolving complex issues
• Apply strong systems thinking, including understanding cross‑functional dependencies and delivery impacts
• Use a data‑driven mindset with metrics and measurable outcomes to guide decisions and improvements
• Understand Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and project management practices
• Have experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Have English proficiency at Upper‑Intermediate level or above
• Nice to have: experience with Fixed Fee, running projects from pre‑sale to production rollout, pre‑sales, SAP/Dynamics/Salesforce
