Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Project Manager for the Digital Lab Interactive Visual Aid (IVA) team, located in Mettawa, IL with hybrid work and occasional on-site requirements. The role focuses on Veeva CLM IVA content creation and routing for HCP Marketing across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in Veeva CLM development, AEM, and collaborating with marketing and agencies to deliver compliant IVA content in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• AEM, FIGMA, Promomats, Veeva CRM, and WorkFront must be demonstrated on the resume.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Business or Marketing required.
• 3+ years of experience with Veeva CRM and CLM workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrable expertise in complex Veeva CLM development/deployment, AEM, with client interaction.
• Build/develop Veeva CLM via content provided by marketing teams in an AEM environment.
• Partner with internal or external agencies for design updates.
• Serve as the Project originator for routing Veeva CLMs through the Material Review Process.
• Create/Maintain an inventory of components and templates across the enterprise.
• Provide enhancement ideas to the Veeva CLM product owner and inform the roadmap.
• Participate in agency feedback sessions to learn best practices.

Position Title: Project Manager (Digital Lab Interactive Visual Aid)

Duration: 12 months

Location: Mettawa, IL (Remote)

Candidate needs to be local to Chicago area but role is hybrid. Candidate needs to be able to come onsite as needed. 1x/per month but can be more as needed

Summary:

The Digital Lab Interactive Visual Aid (IVA) Specialist is part of the Digital Lab Veeva IVA team and will be responsible for creating and routing Veeva CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) aka IVA (interactive Visual Aide) content for HCP Marketing teams across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrable expertise in complex Veeva CLM development/deployment, AEM (Adobe Experience Manager). Informal team leadership and managing client interaction.
• Build/ Develop Veeva CLM via content provided by marketing teams in a Veeva CLM creation environment within AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
• Partner with internal or external agencies when any design files need updating.
• Serve as the Project originator for routing completed Veeva CLMs through the Material Review Process before handoff to the Marketing and Sales teams in a highly regulated environment.
• Create/Maintain an inventory of components and template types across the enterprise enabling broad use of successful functionality, layouts, etc.
• Provide enhancement ideas and any issues with the Veeva CLM content creation platform to the Veeva CLM product owner informing the enhancement roadmap.
• Participate in agency feedback sessions to gain exposure to other advertising agencies using the tool.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Business or Marketing.
• 3 years exp with Veeva CRM experience creating, building, and executing IVAs.
• 3 Experience developing Veeva CLM
• 3 Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Assets.
• Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus.
• Ability to think strategically with a strong ability to execute and exceed stakeholder expectations and project goals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong client service and project management skills; in particular, must have the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively.
• Skilled at editing and proofreading: Excellent writing, grammatical, and proofing skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in Pharma preferred but not required.
