Job summary

Arrowmac in Illinois is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Digital Lab team in creating and routing innovative interactive visual aids (IVAs) using Veeva CLM technology.

You will manage end-to-end development of Veeva CLM content, collaborate with marketing and external agencies to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance, leveraging AEM, Figma, and Promomats to deliver high-quality digital assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Business or Marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in Veeva CLM content creation, management, and deployment.
• Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related digital asset management tools.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and Promomats for content development.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
