Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, applying governance, mitigating risks, and delivering executive-level reporting. Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience delivering digital delivery and AI-enabled projects.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication skills across executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex IT projects and programs with focus on digital delivery and AI.
• Follow PM methodologies and governance to meet scope, time, budget.
• Collaborate with end-users, stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to gather requirements.
• Drive projects from pilot to production, including governance and compliance.
• Maintain timelines across concurrent projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Prepare executive-level project communications and reporting.
• Oversee system integration deliveries through to closure.
• Create and maintain project artifacts like timelines, risks, logs, and plans.
• Escalate vendor issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Mediate conflicting requirements and facilitate large stakeholder meetings.
• Develop technical specifications and supporting documentation with technical teams.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership.
