Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams and sub-teams by facilitating discussions, gathering input, driving alignment, and ensuring accountability for project objectives for both new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and obstacles, and implement mitigation strategies to improve predictability and project success.
• Communicate project status, key milestones, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
• Resolve project challenges proactively, balancing competing priorities and navigating constructive conflict to keep projects moving forward.
