Del Medical in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the installation of radiographic imaging systems in hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers nationwide. This full-time role requires organized, proactive professionals who can manage multiple installations and coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technical Support.

You will coordinate site readiness, timelines, and logistics, maintain installation documentation, and act as the main contact for customers

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project coordination, construction coordination, or operational support experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage 10–25 concurrent projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required).
• Experience in medical device, capital equipment, or technical service industries.
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure rooms meet structural, electrical, and radiation shielding requirements.
• Keep customers informed while managing expectations and resolving technical issues.
• Coordinate installation schedules with customers and internal teams.
• Track production, shipping, and delivery timelines.
• Confirm site readiness requirements (power, construction, shielding, etc.).
• Maintain installation documentation and milestone tracking.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for installation logistics.
• Escalate risks proactively to prevent delays.
• Ensure projects close cleanly and on time.
• You’ll manage multiple concurrent installations and serve as the communication hub between Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical Support, and Field Service.

Job Details: Level: Experienced • Location: Bloomingdale, IL 60108 • Position Type: Full Time • Salary Range: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00

What You’ll Do
