Job summary

Del Medical is seeking a Project Manager – Site Planning & Installation to lead imaging equipment installation projects in a hybrid role based in Bloomingdale, IL. You will own site planning, coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors, and manage schedules and installation timelines across the U.S.

Travel will be 40–60% domestically. You will partner with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Field Service to ensure a seamless installation and outstanding customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read architectural or construction drawings is desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple imaging equipment installation projects from order release through customer acceptance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate site planning activities with customers, architects, contractors, engineers, and facility managers.
• Review construction drawings and equipment layouts to ensure installation readiness.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating manufacturing, shipping, delivery, and installation timelines.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Technical Support, and Field Service teams.
• Identify and resolve project risks before they impact customer schedules.
• Ensure sites meet electrical, structural, networking, HVAC, and construction requirements.
• Coordinate installation schedules with Del Medical Field Service Engineers.
• Provide proactive communication and regular project updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive projects to successful completion with exceptional customer experience.

Travel: Approximately 40–60% Domestic Travel

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple imaging equipment installation projects from order release through customer acceptance.

• Coordinate installation schedules with Del Medical Field Service Engineers.

• Drive projects to successful completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Ability to travel throughout the United States (40–60%).
• Valid driver's license.
