What You'll Do
Manage Real-World Projects
- Support planning, execution, and closeout of telecommunications and technology projects.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Track schedules, budgets, risks, and project milestones.
- Participate in customer meetings and project reviews.
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Synergy Fiber quality standards.
Gain Hands-On Field Experience
- Attend jobsite meetings, site surveys, and project walkthroughs.
- Work directly with field technicians, foremen, and construction teams.
- Learn construction sequencing, installation methods, and project workflows.
- Develop a practical understanding of how projects move from design to completion.
Build Technical & Design Expertise
- Learn to interpret construction drawings, floor plans, risers, and specifications.
- Support estimating, design reviews, and solution development.
- Gain knowledge of structured cabling, Wi-Fi, networking, surveillance, access control, telecommunications, and smart building technologies.
- Develop the foundation for future BICSI and RCDD certification.
Drive Technology & Innovation
- Help implement AI-powered project management tools.
- Assist in creating dashboards, reporting tools, and workflow automation solutions.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives across the business.
- Help modernize how projects are managed, tracked, and delivered.

Preferred Education
