Job summary

You'll work with seasoned PMs, engineers, and operations leaders on cutting-edge infrastructure projects across multifamily, commercial, and hospitality environments, gaining real-world experience and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Interest in construction, telecommunications, and technology project delivery.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on leadership path.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and closeout of telecommunications and technology projects.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track schedules, budgets, risks, and project milestones.
• Participate in customer meetings and project reviews.
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
