Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the United States (Illinois: Northbrook) to lead construction projects from design through commissioning. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and teams, while negotiating contracts with architects and vendors and ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires 3+ years in construction PM, a related degree, and strong leadership with excellent communication. Hybrid work, ownership, and competitive bonuses are among the benefits offered.

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management and construction management.

• Preparing and presenting project updates to clients and senior management.

• 5. Strong knowledge of construction cost control and basic accounting principles.
• 6. Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts.
• 7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• 8. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• 9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 10. Proficiency in project management software tools and MS Office Suite.
