Job summary

The role emphasizes coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing Integrated Master Schedules, and overseeing production and RMA processes.

The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, business, or supply chain management with experience in defense or aerospace.

Qualifications

  • Degree and experience requirements: 5+ years with degree or 9+ years without a degree.
  • Experience in defense or aerospace or similarly regulated environment.
  • Experience managing complex projects with schedule development using MS Project or similar tools.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet technical, cost, schedule, and contractual requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multiple projects.
  • Own day-to-day schedule management and drive recovery plans with stakeholders.
  • Manage complex data sets and spreadsheets ensuring accuracy and traceability.
  • Track production status and coordinate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality for on-time delivery.
  • Oversee and report on RMA/returns and coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Customer Support.
