MPI, a nationally recognized builder, is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in Georgia to lead large-scale mission critical, data center, and commercial construction projects. You will oversee mechanical and MEP scopes on long-term programs and collaborate with owners, consultants, and field teams.

The role offers travel across the Southeast and nationwide, with extensive responsibilities in planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on large commercial construction projects.
• Strong mechanical and MEP construction expertise.
• Experience on data center, mission-critical, light industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or other technically complex projects.
• Demonstrated success managing projects valued at $300M+ is highly preferred.
• Strong employment tenure with reputable general contractors, EPC firms, or large construction organizations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building abilities.
• Collaborative, humble leadership style with a focus on teamwork and culture fit.

Join a nationally recognized builder as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager supporting large-scale mission critical, data center, and large-scale commercial construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex mechanical and MEP scopes on a long-term project in Georgia before supporting high-profile projects across the Southeast and nationwide.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $190,000 USD + benefits
