Job summary

LeoForce in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Mid Level Project Manager to oversee data center projects from planning through closeout. You will manage daily activities, coordinate subcontractors, monitor budgets and schedules, and lead Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings.

The role involves regular collaboration with owners, engineers, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and high-quality outcomes in a growing Mission Critical/Data Center portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading data center or mission-critical projects.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and costs.
  • Strong coordination with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Experience reviewing RFIs and submittals.
  • Skilled negotiator with vendors and staff.
  • Mentors junior staff and coordinators.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily data center project activities.

Experience: Mid Level

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

  • Manage daily oversight of all assigned data center/mission critical projects
  • Actively participate in pre-construction planning
  • Monitor job progress, subcontractor performance, and project costs
  • Review Assistant Project Manager RFIs and submittals
  • Apply working knowledge of project bids and issue contracts
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Prepare monthly billings and financial reports
  • Prepare and conduct weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings
  • Manage owner and architect expectations throughout project lifecycle
  • Review project schedules and subcontractor pay applications with assigned superintendent to support contract completion dates
  • Oversee timely project closeout
  • Attend owner-sponsored events
  • Train Assistant PM and Project Coordinator, as assigned
  • Maintain working knowledge of owner and subcontractor contracts
  • Mentor junior staff and support team-wide on-time project completion
