Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead a major multi-building data center campus from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and risk while coordinating field teams, subcontractors, owners, and consultants to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

• Proven experience managing large-scale ground-up construction projects.
• Data center, mission-critical, industrial, or other highly technical construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost management, and contract administration.
• Ability to lead diverse project teams while managing multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience overseeing projects valued in the tens or hundreds of millions of dollars.
• Proficient with construction management software and project controls tools.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities
