Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a seasoned Construction Scheduler for national data center projects, bringing 10+ years in planning and scheduling. You will develop and maintain complex schedules, model sequencing, and forecast milestones while collaborating with PMs, superintendents, and field teams.

The role requires proficiency in MS Project and knowledge of Primavera P6, Lean construction, and Last Planner. The position involves frequent nationwide travel to coordinate with project teams on

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in CM, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of construction industry experience.
  • Minimum 5 years planning and scheduling on large projects.
  • Data center/mission-critical/complex projects experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project.
  • Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or 4D scheduling.
  • Experience conducting DCMA 14-point schedule health assessments.
  • Understanding Lean Construction and Last Planner System.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationally on a regular basis.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of construction industry experience.
  • At least 5 years of planning and scheduling experience on large construction projects.
  • Data center, mission-critical, advanced manufacturing, or similarly complex project experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project.
  • Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or 4D scheduling software.
  • Experience conducting or reviewing DCMA 14-point schedule health assessments.
  • Understanding of Lean Construction methodologies and the Last Planner System.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationally on a regular basis.
