Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Project Manager to lead revenue-generating initiatives from inception through completion. You will plan, manage, and monitor projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes across stakeholders.

In this role, you will build consensus, apply PM processes, and report progress to internal customers. The position requires strong communication, organization, and data analysis skills to support Spectrum’s goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience.

• Proficient with project management tools including MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and monitor projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned projects, building consensus among stakeholders to achieve successful implementation.
• Establish and apply project management processes to deliver projects on schedule, within budget and to leadership expectations.
• Meet with internal customers to provide status updates, gather feedback and report on project progress.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, tracking costs, performance and service levels to ensure objectives are met.
• Analyze and interpret project data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Perform additional tasks as requested to support project and business needs.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Experience working with Ring Central.
• Solid understanding of Ring Central.
• PM Tools: MS Project, JIRA, Tableau, Visio, and Gantt tracking.
• Product knowledge: Voice, Data Services, Video Systems, Network Security and Managed Services.
• Telecommunications.
• Outside Plant / Construction.

Education

• Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum
