Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead revenue-generating initiatives from inception to completion in Coppell, TX. You will plan, monitor, and optimize projects while coordinating with internal customers and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budget.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of PM experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Project and other PM tools. Some travel may be required, and local candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project).
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned projects, building consensus among stakeholders to achieve successful implementation.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, tracking costs, performance and service levels to meet objectives.
• Analyze and interpret project data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Experience working with Ring Central.
• Solid understanding of Ring Central.
• Familiar with Salesforce.
• PM Tools: MS Project, JIRA, Tableau, Visio, and Gantt tracking.
• Product knowledge:Voice, Data Services, Video Systems, Network Security and Managed Services.
• Telecommunications.
• Outside Plant / Construction.

Education

• Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum.
