PD Instore is looking for an ambitious Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives in a design-to-build manufacturing environment in Minneapolis. You will coordinate between account directors, production, planning, purchasing, logistics and installation to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

The role requires ownership, clear communication, and the ability to balance customer expectations with critical timelines and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Communication and/or Project/Account Management.
• Experience in material or production planning, supply chain planning, production control, inventory or warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initial concept through final delivery.
• Function as the hub of internal communications throughout the life of a project.
• Collaborate with internal partners to create project plans and timelines; engage resources and ensure on time delivery.
• Monitor project milestones, identify risks, remove roadblocks and provide strategic solutions.
• Track and manage budgets and client change requests.
