Job Title: Project Manager

Hours/Week: 40

Starting Salary: Competitive based on experience

Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for the organization, planning and supervision of all project activities as assigned by senior executives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of general project administration including budgeting, scheduling, scope management, material and resource planning and quality standards
  • Plan, organize and coordinate projects from conception through completion
  • Lead project portfolio status tracking and review status with senior executives
  • Communicate target completion dates and ensure that all internal requirements are being met in a timely manner
  • Facilitate project prioritization and sequencing within the project portfolio
  • Take any action needed to manage risks
  • Actively lead, plan, organize and monitor all activities of a project team
  • Take accountability for the delivery of projects
  • Provide project management on complex modification projects requiring unconventional or novel approaches
  • Establish and manage project issue escalation process
