Why This Role Is Important
- This role is key to driving a business-critical Coupa implementation and optimizing the Procure-to-Pay process.
- Lead and manage all phases of the Coupa implementation project, from discovery to deployment.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal business units, Coupa implementation partners, and stakeholders.
- Drive use case development, workflow design, and integration strategies to align systems with business needs.
- Provide visibility to leadership on project status, risks, and milestones, and support change management efforts.
- Contribute to post-implementation optimization to maximize Coupa's capabilities for procurement and finance teams.
Background That Fits
- Proven experience managing Coupa software implementations.
- Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and technology alignment with procurement and finance operations.
- Strong program and project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
- Ability to work independently and drive results remotely.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior consulting or investment firm experience is a plus.
