Job description

Zycus is seeking a Project Manager – Professional Services with domain expertise and at least 12-15 years of experience in end-to-end implementation of eProcurement software. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with e-procurement solutions such as “procure to pay” or “source to pay” (P2P / S2P) products like SAP ARIBA, COUPA, IVALUA, BASWARE, JAGGAER, or similar strategic sourcing / e-sourcing / procure-to-pay / Source-to-pay product suites.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor junior Project Managers on customer projects.
• Engage in Project / Program Management activities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle multiple challenging projects for Zycus, leading Fortune 1000 global customers across various industries and geographies.
• Conduct Kick-off meetings.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery, evaluating time, cost, quality, and handling change requests.
• Support contract & SOW reviews and address prospect concerns during sales processes.
• Guide teams towards deliverables, conducting weekly project status reviews with both team and customers.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Adhere to established processes, provide weekly status updates, and conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members.
• Resolve issues related to processed data or software efficiently.
• Travel to customer locations periodically for requirements gathering, project updates, and corrective actions.
• Lead new initiatives and promote continuous improvement, acting as a change agent within the organization.
• Mentor team members on project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Plan resources effectively and mentor internal team members.
