Job summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions is seeking an exceptional Project Manager (Contract) to join the UK & Europe team, reporting to the General Manager and supporting client growth, operational development and business change across AV, EV and fleet operations.

This is not a traditional PM role; you will lead a broad mix of projects—from system implementations and client proposals to new site launches and cross-functional process improvements—traveling across the UK and Europe as required.

We're looking for an exceptional Project Manager to work directly with the General Manager, UK & Europe, supporting client growth, operational development and business change across a fast-moving and rapidly evolving sector.

This is not a traditional project management role.

We're looking for a commercially minded and generalist Project Manager who can apply their skills across a wide range of projects, programmes and business initiatives. One week you may be leading a systems implementation, the next supporting a client proposal, developing new operational processes, supporting the launch of a new site, driving a people initiative, or coordinating a cross-functional business project.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will play a key role in helping shape and support Amerit's continued growth across the UK and Europe.

You will be responsible for leading projects and workstreams across multiple business functions, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively, efficiently and at pace.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience leading complex projects and programmes from initiation through delivery.

Desirable Experience

• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.

• Exposure to operational start-ups, mobilisation projects or high-growth businesses.
• Experience with systems implementations, change management or business transformation projects.
