What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and streamline processes across cross-functional teams to improve operations and drive profitable growth
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement focused on enhancing KPIs in customer satisfaction, finance, and quality
- Train and coach teams to sustain improvements and ensure independent operation of processes
- Manage high-level cross-functional improvement projects and relationships with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and report results to key stakeholders and senior leaders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field, or 5 years of education and equivalent work experience
- Experience in a clinical diagnostic setting or genetics laboratory environment
- Proven experience with Lean Concepts and successful implementation of process improvements
- Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
- MBA or PMI PMP Certification
- Experience with lean transformation and shingijutsu kaizen
- Familiarity with SAP and governmental regulations including CLIA & HIPAA compliance
- Operations Excellence experience
