As a Senior Continuous Improvement Deployment Manager, your role will be to identify, design, and implement digital improvements to our manufacturing plants that will allow for enhanced total performance around Safety, Quality, People Engagement, Delivery, and Productivity. You will work alongside our Businesses and Technology partners in the identification, design, and implementation of solutions across the Enterprise.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering digital manufacturing projects that support significant performance improvement at our plants across our Tyson’s Business Units – Poultry, Prepared Foods and Fresh Meats. S/He will work in collaboration of plant operations, Tyson’s Technology team and other Enterprise functions to build, synthesize and deploy approaches to specific digital use cases across the production plants.
