Role Description

The Contents Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Woodstock, GA, responsible for overseeing all aspects of contents-related projects from intake through final delivery. This role coordinates the inventory, packing, transport, cleaning, deodorizing, storage, and return of customer belongings following property damage events. The Contents Project Manager collaborates closely with field technicians, warehouse teams, and office staff to schedule work, allocate resources, and maintain accurate documentation for each job. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring quality standards, communicating with customers and insurance representatives, and resolving issues that arise during contents handling and storage. The role also supports process improvements, safety compliance, and the consistent delivery of a professional, empathetic customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, organizing, scheduling, and overseeing multiple contents projects simultaneously.
• Candidates should possess Content Management and Content Development skills, including organizing inventories, managing item documentation, and ensuring accurate records for contents handling and restoration.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills, including the ability to design efficient workflows for contents processing, storage, and return in coordination with overall restoration objectives.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Relevant qualifications include experience in restoration, moving or warehouse operations, or logistics; familiarity with insurance-related documentation; and strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Woodstock, GA, lift and move contents as needed, follow safety protocols, and use technology tools (e.g., inventory software, project tracking systems) efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certifications in project management, restoration, or logistics are beneficial.
