Leo Facilities Maintenance is seeking a Project Manager to represent the company to clients and vendors from inception to conclusion. The role leads project development, oversees organization, scheduling, and implementation for capital improvements, rollouts, buildouts, and remodels.

The Project Manager acts as liaison between vendors, coordinates and provides budgetary support, ensuring on-time completion and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in Project Management specifically in the trades industry.
• Experience in project rollouts and delivering on-time results.
• 3-5 years' experience in vendor management (bids, negotiations, contractor management).

Responsibilities

• Estimates project costs by collecting and analyzing information; supports budget.
• Coordinates with Lead Project Managers to schedule labor, equipment and materials within budgets.
• Maintains adherence to schedules and budgets; documents actions and needs.
