Lead multiple reconstruction projects from design through completion, coordinating clients, estimators, contractors, and teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
We are seeking a qualified Project Manager to oversee multiple reconstruction projects from design through completion. This role requires strong client liaison, coordination with estimators, contractors, and administrative staff, and ensuring that work meets the contract scope and quality standards.
Develop and manage project plans, including budget, schedule, and quality control measures. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, architects, engineers, and contractors to define project requirements, scope, and goals. Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality, and safety. Identify and manage project risks, including changes to scope, schedule, and budget. Manage project budgets, track expenses, forecast costs, and adjust as necessary. Ensure that all work complies with applicable regulations, codes, and standards. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards. Monitor project progress and provide weekly updates to clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Communicate with subcontractors to ensure alignment and inform them of changes to the project plan. Manage close-out activities, including final inspections, punch lists, and warranty work. Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Work with the Estimator to ensure scope items are addressed and track costs, issuing change orders for added work as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
College degree (2- or 4-year). 2-4 years of experience in construction management or a related field. Valid driver’s license and OSHA 30 Safety certification. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and related tools; familiarity with PSA, Encircle, Luxor CRM, PDF Writer, and Outlook is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with diverse teams. Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints.
Valid driver’s license OSHA 30 Safety State-level dwelling contractor license (if applicable)
Partial site work; project sites may be damaged by fire, flooding, wind, or other events. Ability to move across uneven and debris-filled surfaces; lifting may be required. Office-based reporting and management interactions; travel within the region may be requested. Exposure to wet or humid conditions, extreme temperatures, fumes or airborne particles, and risk of electrical hazards; moderate noise. Regular walking, standing, and use of hands as part of duties.
